Individual sessions or a series of sessions (usually 3-6) are available. Longer term sessions are also available upon request.
All sessions are held on Microsoft Teams.
Meditation, mentoring & mysticism classes
Weekly in person classes. Tuesdays 7.30pm. Elwood, Victoria.
Co facilitated with Charlie Cousins who is a coach, mentor, meditation teacher, actor & director.
